Is WhiteCoat open for 24 Hours?

Our website is available 24 hours but your order will only be process based on our online office time.

 

Our Online Office opens:

Monday-Friday: 8.00AM-6.00PM

Every Saturday: 9.00AM-11AM

Public Holiday and Sunday: WE ARE CLOSE

 

Steps to make order

i) Choose your product of choice
ii) Once you make your choice, select your order and click ‘Add to Cart’ button.
iii) The item will be automatically added to the cart on the right corner of your window.
iv) After you satisfied with your choice, click check out to proceed the payment.

 

Payment Methods

ii)Bank Transfer via CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE

  1. Upon placing your order you will receive an invoice e-mail confirmation.
  2. Please reply with a proof of transactions and your order number
  3. Our admins will review your order to make sure all the information is correct and the item(s) is ready to be delivered.
  4. Our shipping department packs your item(s) and delivers them to your doorstep

 

Order Cancellation

If you've made an order and haven't paid for 48 hours or 2 days,  your order will automatically be cancelled. You will need to make a new order should you want the items again.

 

Wrong Item/Faulty Item

Kindly send us an email within 1 week duration at whitecoatenterprise@gmail.com for further step.

 

Refund

If you wish to return or exchange your order please re-deliver the parcel back to us within 7 days after receiving it.


-Returned items received without abiding the above will not be accepted.


-Items will only be exchanged upon stock availability.

- The shipping cost will be bear by customers.


 

 DELIVERY GUIDELINES:

 Shipping Option & Policies

Currently for Malaysia customers, we only send our items using POSLAJU. It's a delivery service with a tracking number. We will only be held responsible as long as the items are still in our care or if there is any return shipment, but once the items are shipped out, it will solely be under POSLAJU responsibility to ensure the item reach to you within 2-3 working days. As for International courier, it will take up to 10 days (minimum) before it reach to you.

 

Price

Deliveries within peninsular Malaysia will be charged at RM8 per item, and in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, the fees are at RM10 per item. As for International courier, the price is based on EMS schedule of charges (Each delivery will be charge with extra 25% fuel surcharge). http://www.pos.com.my/pos/services/fast_mail/service/international/ems.aspx

 Because the parcel is sent via a tracked service you will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If no one is at home, you can go for self pick-up service at your nearest post office using your reference number.

 

Tracking

You can check the status of your delivery by visiting POSLAJU e-tracking; http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ or just email us for help. We will need the reference number from your Order Confirmation.
